Further to the Company's recent announcements relating to the loan from Cyrus Capital Partners LP and the licence relating to the Black Angel Mine, the Company is continuing its efforts to raise further funds both to meet its short and medium term working capital position and to fund the longer term development of the Black Angel Mine. There are a number of discussions which are ongoing with regard to raising funds, financing, and off-take agreements. The Company will update the market on the outcome of these discussions in due course.
