Appointment of Fox-Davies Capital as

Angus & Ross PLC (AIM:AGU), the AIM listed
mining exploration company that owns the Black Angel zinc mine in
Greenland that is scheduled to recommence production in 2008, is
pleased to announce that it has appointed Fox-Davies
Capital Limited (Fox-Davies) as Joint Broker
to the Company alongside Landsbanki
Securities (UK), the Company's NOMAD with immediate effect.
