RAB Capital and Fidelity become major
shareholders of Angus & Ross

Regulatory Announcement
The Company has been informed by Fidelity
International that following recent share purchases, Fidelity International and
certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of
6,000,000 shares representing in total 4.87% of the issued share
capital of the Company; namely FMR Corp holding 5,553,700 shares
(4.51%) and Fidelity International Limited holding 446,300 shares
(0.36%). The Company has also been informed by RAB
Capital that following
recent share purchases, RAB Capital has a notifiable interest of
18,250,000 shares representing 14.81% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
