Regulatory Announcement
Angus & Ross plc ('Angus & Ross' or
'the Company') announces today the issue of 200,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each pursuant to the exercise of options
by Michael Martineau, at a price of 9.25 pence
per share. Application has been made for the admission of these
shares to trading on AIM. The new shares will rank equally with
existing shares.
